getting married

As you prepare for marriage, remember that it is a lifelong commitment that will present the greatest opportunities for spiritual and personal growth. Marriage is not to be entered into lightly, but with reverence and in accordance with the purposes for which it was instituted by God. Through the covenant between a man and a woman, we experience the faithfulness of God's covenant with us. The wedding ceremony reminds us of the union between Christ and the church. The love and fidelity of a husband and wife, imperfect as they may be, are the paradigm of God's perfect love and fidelity.

At Windsor Christian Fellowship, we understand how important your wedding day is and we want to help you prepare for a smooth and memorable experience.

How to Get Started

What will be discussed at the Pastor's appointment and interview:
The first step in planning your wedding at WCF is to make an appointment with Liz Mulder. She will assist you in filling out the necessary forms, register for the Pre-Marriage Classes and collect the deposits. Your room reservation cannot be finalized without pastoral approval. Call the reception desk at 519-972-5977 from 9am -4:30pm to book an appointment.

The Sanctuary, Chapel and Fellowship Hall are available to our congregants for a wedding. There are fees associated with wedding ceremonies and receptions such as technical support, room set-up, maintenance, etc. The bride and groom are responsible for the expenses incurred for their wedding. These fees will be discussed at the appointment.

If you choose to have the reception at WCF you will also have to meet with the hospitality and decorating coordinator to decide on a menu and table settings. This can be arranged at the time of your appointment.

To start planning for your wedding you can book an appointment through reception. You can call at (519) 972-5977 or email at
