Rick Ciaramitaro has been the senior pastor of Windsor Christian Fellowship in Windsor Ontario for the past 35 years. Over the years, Rick has emphasized the supremacy of the Word of God, always encouraging people to develop a personal relationship through prayer, study and fellowship with other believers.
He is passionate about churches working together to impact the local community by helping the poor and providing resources to strengthen marriages and families. Excellence in church government and strong generational influence are also significant to the success of WCF. Rick has a dynamic gift to connect and motivate people; his tremendous insight enables him to mediate church problems and generate unity.
Rick, and his wife Cathy, travel extensively to encourage pastors and leadership teams with a message of hope. He oversees a network of churches called Open Bible Faith Fellowship with over 500 active ministries and churches.
Rick and Cathy have six children and sixteen grandchildren all serving God. He is dedicated to his family and loves that they all are working together to accomplish great things for the kingdom of God.
Cathy is an inspiring teacher and leader who travels and speaks internationally with her husband, Apostle Rick Ciaramitaro, President of Open Bible Faith Fellowship of Canada, and Senior Pastor of Windsor Christian Fellowship. Cathy is the President of Windsor Life Centre, a home for women who need help to break addictions while in a supportive Christian environment.
Cathy is also known for her dynamic teaching and thought-provoking message on the Cross. Her book, The Cross: the Power, the Purpose and the Passion capture the revelation which is her passion, and has sold extensively here in Canada.
Cathy is also recognized for her teaching on leadership training and character development, helping believers recognize their strengths and develop the necessary skills for ministry. Admired for her discretion and management ability, she has helped to foster strong staff relationships in the local church and promote healthy personal discipleship.
In her spare time, Cathy enjoys spending time with her six children and 16 grandchildren.
Pastor RJ Ciaramitaro is a graduate of Christ for the Nations in Dallas, Texas. After studying Practical Theology and Advanced Pastoral Studies, he spent two years on the mission field in Manila, Philippines. Pastor RJ originally joined the staff in 1996, but has attended the church since its inception in 1982.
Presently, he is an associate Pastor at Windsor Christian Fellowship where he teaches foundational Christian doctrine and Apologetics. He is the primary assistant to Pastor Rick.
He is actively involved with Men Alive (men's ministry) and can be found regularly teaching in the classrooms and chapel at WCF.
He, and his wife Mary, have four beautiful daughters. RJ and Mary love theatrical arts, reading and cooking.
Michael Iacobelli, and his wife Jenn, lead the youth and children's ministry at WCF. They both have a passion to see young people connected with God's ultimate plan for their lives. They understand that they belong to God first and we, as parents and pastors, have a responsibility to raise them up to know Him.
Fun loving and creative at heart, they are developing programs that stimulate imagination and develop strong character.
Michael has been in church leadership since 2008 and joined the WCF staff in July 2013. Michael and Jenn love to see young people thriving in their faith and relationship with God.
Michael and Jenn have three children who are always willing to give them a helping hand.
Pastor Jacob Frenette and his wife Jaime lead the music ministry at WCF. They attended Windsor Christian Fellowship Bible Training Centre together and graduated in 2000.
As teenagers they both travelled to South Africa as missionaries, Jacob with his family and Jaime with Teen Mania Ministries, which made a huge impact on their lives. They have been actively involved in leading, creating and working with worship teams since that time.
Jacob became the worship pastor on staff in 2009. Jacob and Jaime are passionate about worshipping God and leading others into His presence. He oversees many of the technical and creative aspects of service planning.
Pastor Jake and Jaime have three daughters Cleah, Clara and Olivia.
Brian's musical roots go back to the high-energy rock and roll music of the 70's and 80's. As a lead singer and bassist for the Canadian rock band 'Teaze', he toured North America and Japan where the band received a gold album for "On the Loose".
Since then, Brian has embraced a new vision, to use his musical gift to influence his church, community and nation. He joined the staff at WCF in 1986 and was the Music Ministry Director along with his wife Lynn until September 2010. During his tenure, the music ministry released 2 Live CD's. From 2010 to 2011, Brian was responsible for simulcast services. In 2011 Lynn & Brian became Youth Pastors at WCF until 2016. Presently, he oversees hospital and home visitation as well as other pastoral duties. He has served 30 + years of full time ministry.
Brian and Lynn have 7 children, some of whom are active in music ministry. Brian is a member of CMA (Christian Motorcycle Association). In his spare time he loves to ride his Kawasaki touring bike or pick up one of his flying "V" guitars and leave the world behind for a little while.
In 1981, Pastor Luc LeBoeuf's wife, Christine, was dramatically healed of Lupus. This life-changing event caused them to re-evaluate their lives in response to God's amazing demonstration of love and healing. They began to attend WCF to learn more about the restoring power of God's Word and to share the Good News with others.
Pastor Luc joined the staff at Windsor Christian Fellowship in 1996. He is responsible for many aspects of empowerment within WCF. As a result, he is often working to develop leaders in the School of Vision and Mentor Groups. Through his guidance the Usher's Ministry at WCF has become a standard of excellence in the Church.
Pastor Luc and Christine have been married since 1972. They have one married daughter, Kimberly and three grandsons. They have travelled abroad extensively both for missions and leisure.
Pastor Howie Mulder, a retired policeman, currently teaches with his wife in WCF's School of the Vision. Howie and Marcia have worked as leaders and pastors for over forty years, and have a strong evangelistic call on their lives.
They have ministered in Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean, Haiti, Central America, Asia, Africa, Europe, Panama, Middle East, and continue to minister both inside and outside WCF in word and song.
In addition to their pastoral responsibilities at WCF, Marcia and Howie are also actively involved in the operations of Windsor Lifeline Outreach, a local food and clothing bank.
Married in 1971, the Mulders have weathered many storms to prove the faithfulness of God, with much love and support from their family and friends.
They have five children and eight grandchildren. Having made their home in Harrow, Ontario for many years, Howie & Marcia moved to Windsor several years ago to be closer to the church.
Pastor David Pistagnesi has been teaching God's Word for over forty years and joined the staff at WCF in 1991. He was director of Windsor Christian Fellowship Bible Training Center for seven years. Pastor Dave is an Associate Pastor and in-house Evangelist at WCF. He wants to see people mature in grace and knowledge through the truth revealed in God's word. His compassion for new believers can be seen as he welcomes them in the visitor's room and helps them to find their place within the church body.
Pastor Dave also oversees hospital visitation and funerals. His responsibilities with general pastoral care often find him counseling, building relationships and evangelizing anyone God brings across his path.
Pastor Barbara Pistagnesi is a counsellor and teacher, where she has helped people find healing and restoration through her biblically-based, three-dimensional approach to emotional wellness.
Pastor Dave is an avid fisherman and outdoorsman and loves to cook. In her spare time Barbara loves biking, skating and reading. They have three children and 4 grandchildren.
Brian Ciaramitaro has an Honours Degree in Business from the University of Windsor with a double major in Marketing and Human Resources. He worked for 10 years in the corporate world before accepting the position of Chief Ministerial Officer at Windsor Christian Fellowship in 2010. Brian works strategically with church programs and ministries to increase their effectiveness and facilitate unity of operation. In addition, he works with the Corporate Board to implement policies, budgets and general ministerial oversight.
Brian has attended WCF since its inception in 1982, so he knows the church history, its unique government and the network of people who have worked to make WCF a success. His understanding of generational influence has led him to oversee REACH, the Young Adults group. He is passionate about making church relevant to the younger generations.
Brian, and his wife Sherianne, have two children, Violet and Vincent. In his spare time, Brian loves to spend time with his family, playing sports, and watching his favourite teams, the Detroit Lions and the Michigan Wolverines.
